Jofel’s management policy aims to improve product quality, streamline customer service, improve workplace health and safety conditions and protect the environment, while improving the company’s efficiency and results. To optimise the use of resources and meet customer expectations, the company operates a Quality and Environmental Management System.

The fundamental pillars of the company’s quality and environmental policy are:

• RESPONSIBILITY: The entire organisation is responsible for customer satisfaction, understanding customers’ current and future needs, meeting their requirements and handling their complaints promptly and diligently.

• LEGAL COMPLIANCE: The technical department develops projects within the legal frameworks applicable to each type of product, with advice from external organisations.

• CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT of the Quality and Environmental Management System, its processes and its environmental performance, with the aim of improving its effectiveness, optimising resource use and contributing to the achievement of established objectives.

• DECISIONS BASED ON DATA AND INDICATORS, to direct our actions towards achieving the established objectives.

• CONTRIBUTION of ideas by all company personnel to support improvements in quality, processes, service and customer care.

• RESPECT FOR AND PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT, by complying with legislation and other applicable requirements, preventing pollution, using resources responsibly and promoting, where feasible, the use of recycled materials and the principles of the circular economy.

• WORKPLACE SAFETY, by creating a culture of prevention based on the identification, assessment and control of risks, while taking into account work organisation, working conditions, social relationships and the influence of environmental factors at work.
